Return & Refund Policy

At TendKart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.
